Favourite jewellery items: Part 1 Pandora Bracelet

Heloha capri suns!

If you follow me on twitter you'd probably know how excited I am to share this post with you all!

My favourite item of jewellery ever is my pandora bracelet! It's an item which I wear almost everyday and the charms each have a special memory to me. So, to start off the bracelet is the pink leather strap. I decided to opt for this one rather than the classic sterling silver bracelets as I like to have something which is slightly different to what other have. I received the bracelet and the strawberry charm from my mum and dad for Christmas 2012 so didn't purchase it myself but I think it was around £45 without the charm.

As I said earlier in the post, each charm holds a different memory. The first charm is the strawberry charm. I got this for Christmas 2012 from my mum&dad and it reminds me of waking up on Christmas morning.
The next charm is the 'my princess' charm with a tiara on the end. This is my only dangly charm which I got from my Auntie,Uncle&cousin for my birthday. This is my favourite charm and it always put a smile on my face.
The third charm is my only glass bead. The glass is red and has tiny pink heart running around the outside. Again, got this from my auntie, Uncle&cousin but for Christmas and it always reminds me of my cousins first Christmas!
The fourth and final charm is a solid, silver heart. I brought this for myself actually in January with the Christmas money which my nan and grandad have me. This charm always reminds me of one of my bestfriends parties when we went to bluewater for the day!

This is just the start of my collection, I hope for so many more and more memories to come as I build up the charms one by one!

If you'd like any individual posts on each charm please let me know! I'd be happy to do them!

Ohoh almost forgot to mention, the second part of my favourite jewellery will be up soon! And ill let you in on a little secret, this is pandora too!

Pout series: Roserie

Heloha strawberry milkshakes,

Ohhhh long time no post huh?! The past week or two have been crazy busy! I returned from Cornwall and went back to school but I've eventually had time to write a post!

So, Roserie is a lilac lipstick with I purchased from the Boots 17 range after I heard lots of hype over it on youtube! When I swatched the tester it seemed a beautiful, soft colour with undertones of blue, however when I returned home and swatched it on the lips it was a different story. The lipstick is beautiful dont get me wrong but it honestly looked horrific on me. The lilac made my lips look older and slightly wrinkled and did not suit my skin colouring whatsoever. I would recommend it to olive colouring or darker skin tones to give the lips a pop of colour! Hopefully I will be purchasing more lipsticks from 17 because the packaging is super cool (with a tiny mirror!) and the formula is great!

Hope your enjoying the pout series as much as I love writing about the lipsticks! If your interested in any of my vlogs from the holidays check out my youtube channel jebbygirl999 or http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Nvyz7wEOvU8&feature=c4-feed-u

Pout: MAC Cremecup

Heloha chicken nuggets,

Cremecup was the first MAC lipstick I purchased. I brought it whilest I was in Selfridges almost two years ago and instantly fell in love with it!

It is a beautiful creamy lipstick which have the perfect medium between a pink and a nude. The formation is matt however it leaves your lips feeling nourished after use. If you was just getting into makeup, I would recommend this if you was looking for a everyday lip colour which is more higher end. I have repurchased this lipstick twice and will be buying this again in the future.

I hope your enjoying the pout series my lovelies!!:D

What happened....

Heloha raspberry and white chocolate muffins,

Well! This is sort of an apology & explanation post today!

As you may or may not know from a few recent posts, I was preparing to go to Paris for a couple of days for a little getaway with my family. I was planning to continue blogging and uploading to my youtube channel, however all did not go to plan!
My only view of the Eiffel Tower

If you have follow my blog since the beginning , you will know that around Eighteen months ago I was very sick which eventually caused me to be hospitalized and to have many weeks off school to recover! Often I can have relapses in my health which can cause setbacks in my recovery.

Whilest on the boat, I though that I might have been experiencing sea sickness for the first time. I thought it was odd but never realised the full extent which caused me to not be able to participate in the activities for the first two days. I'm very lucky in the fact that we found an amazing French doctor who gave me the injection which I needed and prescribed a course of medication!

So, when I finally felt better, we finished our tour of the chateaux which were on the itinerary but I did not feel up to vlogging! I did however take many photos of the beauties inside and will be doing posts in the near future!

Sorry for the long explanation guys! I thought I'd just be straight!

Pout series: Look beauty double hit- Citrus kick

Heloha French macaroons,

My third edition of the pout collection will be going up whilst I'm away so I decided to review a two in one product for you!

Look beauty have created the double hit lip products which retail for around £6, I think! The product is a shade of lipgloss and lipstick which are the same colour so that you can always have your lipstick and lipgloss matching. I chose the orange colour named 'Citrus Kick' because it looked like it would suit my skin tone well.

The lipstick is beautiful, with a glossy & moisturising texture with high pigmentation and the lipgloss makes the lipstick stand out abit more than it already does! I really enjoy using this product but it can be abit daring for some occasions, however I will be purchasing many more of the makeup from the Look beauty range in the future!

I'm a quarter of a way through my favourite lip products collection! What's your favourite ever product which I haven't mentioned so far? Let me know in the comment below

Pout series: MUA shade 13

Heloha candy floss sticks,

For this weeks instalment of my pout series, I decided to chose a drugstore product in contrast to last weeks more pricey favourite. The MUA range from superdrug sell products varying in price from £1-£5 which is amazing for the items which they are selling.

My favourite product out of the lip range is Shade 13 which is a brilliant bright red. It's extremely daring but when I wear it I always feel so much more confident in myself! For £1, the colour payoff which you get from the product is A-M-A-ZING! The swatch is true to colour and it also has the quality of conditioning the lips aswell! If anyone is near a superdrug, I highly recommend you to give the lipsticks a try! The only downside from the MUA products are that they are only sold in Superdrug and online however I'm not sure if they are readily available worldwide!

So that's it for this weeks quick look into my top lip products! Be sure to tell me what you think!

New UK release; Maybelline Baby Lips

Heloha vimto ice lollies,

During a recent shopping trip, I picked up  a few of the new Baby Lips lip balm products which have recently been released to the UK market.

After hearing alot of hype through the YouTube beauty community, I decided to pick up the 'Cherry Me' lip balm and a few others for my friend. My first impressions of the products are genuinely positive although I apprehended that maybe there would be a colour pay off of some sort. The balm leaves my lips feeling moisturised and smells good enough to eat. I feel that this product could become a stable piece in my collection during the winter months and will be a more of a lip care product.

My initial response to this product are that I will hopefully be purchasing more of this range.

If you would like a more in depth review in the future, feel free to comment below!

Makeup look of the week: Gentle eyes and bold lips!

Heloha fruit winders,

So this is the second week of my weekly makeup look posts. Wow! This week has been abit of a busy one so this makeup is a quick and easy look to do on a short timescale.

This week, I have been applying a heavy layer of concealer (cover&conceal in shade fair by MUA) but continued to apply the bourjois healthy mix serum. I have also been bronzing my face with NYC Sun 2 Sun bronzing powder in Terracotta Tan.
For my eyes, I have kept this weeks look simple and have just been applying the maybelline 24hr colour tattoo in on and on bronze as an all over the lid colour.
My favourite part of this look is the lips as they take me way out of my comfort zone but do look gorgeous when I get past the  initial fear. I used the MUA lipstick in shade 13.

I hope you enjoyed this weeks post & remember to keep commenting and following my blog!

The First of the Pout series

Heloha icing sugar waffles,

As promised, this is my first post in the 'pout' series which will be posted every Friday.

So you may have gathered from my teaser picture posted earlier this week that this would be a lipstick post. Every week, I'm going to review my most used lipsticks starting with MAC lovelorn!

MAC lovelorn is my MOST favourite lipstick of all time. I first purchased this two years ago from Selfridges and have since brought many of the bullet-shaped tubes! The shade is a natural pink abit darker than MAC creme cup! It's a lustre finish so is extremely creamy on the lips but is long lasting like most products from MAC! I enjoy this product because it suits my skin colour however it does not wash me out like other colour of lipsticks!

When I last purchased this the lipstick was £14 however with prices constantly changing, it could be more now!

Hope you enjoyed this post& feel free to give me your opinion below!

(Tad late) monthly favourites!

Heloha Reeses pieces,

After much deliberation over wether it was too late to post my monthly favourites, I decided to live to the motto 'better late than never' and put it up anyway!

Films- Juno & The Untouchables

During July, I purchased 'Juno' after seeing it on offer for £3 and 'The Untouchables' after watching it in French.  Both films are very controversial but Juno was so funny I cried with laughter numerous times and The Untouchables showed one of the most unlikely friendships. I would recommend both of these films but 'The Untouchables' is in French with English Subtitles.

Food- Reeses!

As I live in the UK, Reece's are not readily available like in other countries so when a family friend when to Canada she came back with a stash to feed my addiction to all things peanut butter!! Why, oh why can I never find these babies here!

Random- Lists

So it seems during this summer I have added about 10 years to my age and started writing lists, like ideas for blog posts and youtubery things. But the most strange thing I've been writing list for is to be more organised which I definitely never am haha!:)

Makeup/youtubers- Pixiwoo and Sprinkle of Glitter

Wow! I'm in love with all things Youtube and beauty so these two channels are right up my street! Watching the tutorials from Sam and Nicki make me try to be a (tiny) bit more adventurous and Louise's chubby bunny challenge was hilarious! I can't wait for the LA vlogs!

Places- LA

If anyone would like to fly me to LA for vidcon your very welcome(haha!)! LA looks so gorgeous and I'd love to meet all the famous youtubers who are there at the moment! So LA is my place of the month!

I really had fun writing this post so if you would like another one next month be sure to comment below!

Makeup look of the week; Dark Smokey Eye

Heloha Oreo cupcakes,

I thought that I should start doing a weekly makeup post about which look I have been using most often.
This week I have really been enjoying applying a smooth and dewy layer of foundation( bourjois healthy mix serum in 53 light beige) with my real techniques stippling brush then creating a dark smokey eye using a mabelline 24hr colour tattoo in on and on bronze and a range of colours from the MUA professional palette in Heaven and Earth.

I have been trying to work with smaller brushes in the contour of the eye to give it more definition then using a light cream to work into the tearduct area to make the makeup less dramatic and more wearable.
If you would be interested in a tutorial of this look on my YouTube channel, please leave a comment below!

Where have I been...?

Well what a long time and no see,

Around this time last year I decided that taking a break from my blog was the best decision for me. After much deliberation, I've decided that my heart lies with blogging and making videos for my Youtube channel so I'm planning to give a more dedicated approach to these two things in the future! If there are any blog posts and video request which you would me to do feel free to leave them below!
I hope you've all been good in the year gap & your enjoying you lovely weather in Britain if you live her!! How would you all feel about vlogs/posts from my trips this summer to Paris and Cornwall?New blog post will start to appear soon however inthe meantime, I have wrote a few posts in the past which you may enjoy or you could take a look at my YouTube videos http://m.youtube.com/#/user/jebbygirl999?&desktop_uri=%2Fuser%2Fjebbygirl999
